- Admission to the Welcome reception on April 8, 2010
- Farewell Lunch on April 11, 2010
- Free local public transportation pass for 4 days (valid within Dresden area)
- Lunch boxes, coffees and refreshments during the congress days
- Name Badge
One-day registration fee includes:
- Participation in scientific sessions at the registered day
- Congress bag with the Abstract Book, the Pocket Programme and tourist information etc.
- Lunch box and coffee

- Admission to Welcome Reception April 8, 2010

Please note, according to § 4, para. 22, German Turnover-Tax Law registration fees are exempt from VAT. For social programs including evening receptions VAT is not shown according to the § 25 German Turnover-Tax Law (German: UstG).

Payments
All payments has to be made in Euro (€) by credit card or bank transfer.
1. Credit Card
Only VISA, MasterCard or American Express will be accepted. If you register using the online form and wish to pay with a credit card or bank transfer, kindly follow the instructions on the website.
Please note that all banking costs must be paid by the participant. The name and address of the participant as well as the details of the payment should be clearly indicated when completing the bank transfer. Payments received from bank transfer have to be credited on the WCPD account within 14 days after you have received your confirmation by e-mail. Otherwise the organizer is authorized to upgrade your fee the next higher registration fee. A duplicate or a photocopy of the bank transfer can be sent by telefax or airmail to the Congress Secretariat.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be send to the participant by e-mail.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted until February 1, 2010. The full amount will be refunded less € 100 in order to cover cancellations costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail, telefax or airmail) to the congress secretariat. Reimbursement will not be made for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Congress.
Replacements
Name substitutions will be accepted at any time at an extra charge of € 30.
Certificate of Attendance
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance during the Congress.

Early registration fee can be paid until December 31, 2009, late registration fee until March 25, 2010. After this date on-site registration will be possible only. Please note, according to §4, para. 22, German Turnover-Tax Law registration fees are extempt from VAT (German: UstG).
There are two ways of paying the registration fee:
- By credit card: You will receive a written confirmation.
- By bank transfer: Please transfer the registration costs after having received a written confirmation.
Please bring your confirmation letter (or if you have not received it, please bring your bank statement) to the registration desk.

Substitutes will be accepted at any time.
Tours
All tours will only take place with a minimum number of participants, otherwise the tour will be cancelled. In this case participants will receive back the paid fee.
Tours have to be paid by credit card. After receiving a written confirmation by INTERCOM the booking is binding.
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to INTERCOM Dresden GmbH. Cancellations are possible until February 1, 2010. Cancellations received after February 1, 2010, are not refundable. All refunds will be settled within 6 weeks after the congress.
For the tour program VAT is not shown according to the § 25 German Turnover-Tax Law (German: UstG).
Hotel Reservation
All rates are per night and per room including breakfast and VAT.
A reservation is only possible, if the necessary credit card details are presented to guarantee the reservation. A written confirmation will be sent out by INTERCOM Dresden GmbH with specification of the exact hotel address and further details. With this confirmation the reservation is binding and rooms are reserved until 6 p.m. on the arrival day. In case of late arrival you have to inform the booked hotel directly. The guest is responsible for payment of all charges to the hotel directly.
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to INTERCOM Dresden GmbH. Cancellations received after February 1, 2010, the first night, later than February 28, 2010 the entire stay will be charged to the credit card on file through INTERCOM Dresden GmbH.
Your credit card will only be charged in case of cancellation before the conference. The payment of the entire stay and your extra costs from the hotel will be charged directly by the booked hotel.
Liability
INTERCOM Dresden GmbH shall be liable in the framework of a duty of care as a respectable businessman according to statutory provisions. Liability of INTERCOM Dresden GmbH – for whatever legal reasons – is limited to intent and gross negligence. The liability of commissioned service providers shall remain unaffected by this. Participation in the conference and all events is on the own risk of the participant.
